Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@alpinamotorsports.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, details about the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your item back without receiving an RMA number, as this may delay your

3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@alpinamotorsports.com to arrange the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
